I had the worst experience with Universal Studio in Bahawalpur, and I deeply regret hiring them. I live in the U.S. and wanted a professional photographer for events back home. After several recommendations, I visited Universal Studio and met Rizwan (the owner). He was very welcoming and convinced me with all kinds of fancy marketing talk about top-tier quality, premium service, and unmatched results. I paid him 1.5 lac PKR at the end of 2024, expecting professionalism and high-quality work. Big mistake! They were punctual for all events, but once the payment was made, Rizwan’s attitude completely changed. Getting the pictures and videos from him was a nightmare—I had to chase him down to get my own content. • Photos were just okay, but the videos were an absolute disaster—worse than what you’d get from an old Nokia phone! • He uses cheap cameras for videos, and the footage is grainy, poorly edited, and overexposed. • The colors were ruined, faces were hard to identify, and the editing looked amateurish at best. • The outdoor shoot was in bright daylight, yet somehow, the video turned out dark, blurry, and lifeless. To make things worse, he doesn’t even shoot the events himself! He hires random freelancers for as little as 20,000 PKR for three events and still charges premium rates. The equipment they use is so outdated that you’d be better off filming with your own phone. This is not just a bad experience—it’s a scam. DO NOT waste your money. Rizwan makes big promises but delivers subpar, unprofessional, and disappointing results. I’m leaving this review to warn others. No hate against him personally, but I absolutely hate the poor quality of work. If you’re looking for a professional photographer, stay far away from Universal Studio!
